• Provide business analysis and functional consulting across Avaloq implementation, transformation, migration and platform enhancement initiatives;
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process documentation, user stories and other delivery artefacts;
• Collaborate with Avaloq and technical specialists on solution design and alignment with business requirements;

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements;
• Experience producing functional specifications, process documentation and user stories;
• Ability to work between business and technology teams, translating complex needs into practical solution requirements;
• Experience contributing to client-facing requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with client and project teams in complex delivery environments.
