• Support Model Risk investigation and remediation activities
• Design and enhance risk controls, processes, and procedures
• Support remediation and implementation planning
• Conduct gap analysis and translate findings into actionable requirements
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders
• Prepare options papers, recommendations, and management-level materials
• Work closely with Risk, Business, Technology, and Third Party Risk Management teams

• Experience in banking or financial services, ideally within Risk, Controls, or Transformation
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Model Risk and/or AI Risk
• Strong Business Analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience in control/process design, requirements management, and remediation initiatives
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems and drive them towards practical solutions
• Agile mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
