Business Analyst (Insurance)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, decomposing, and formalizing requirements using artifacts such as WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, and Business Cases
• Experience managing requirements throughout the lifecycle, including traceability, impact analysis, and change management
• Experience in the insurance domain
• Experience modeling business processes with BPMN and using UML diagrams and models
• Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of system analysis, including SQL, database modeling, data analysis, and integration research and description
• Knowledge of core UI/UX principles and proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma
• Understanding of the SDLC and Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Understanding of project risk management fundamentals at the requirements level
• Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex business processes and propose optimization methods
• Teamwork skills and the ability to find common ground with others
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
