• Advise energy supply companies and energy retailers on replacing existing software from an energy-industry perspective;
• Advise customers on optimizing business processes during data migration to the Schleupen, Wilken, or msu platforms;
• Create the functional migration procedure and coordinate it with all stakeholders;
• Analyze source-data constellations and data quality;
• Analyze customer processes and advise customers on aligning their requirements with platform partners;
• Define required adaptations through user stories or functional concepts and manage their implementation;
• Support functional and system testing;
• Support the acceptance process in customer projects and document the functional migration procedure;
• Maintain close communication with developers and customers’ specialist departments;
• Use AI tools confidently in the specialist area, critically evaluate their results, and support customers and adesso in leveraging AI potential.

• At least 6 years of professional experience in the utilities industry, including billing, market communication, financial accounting, or technical equipment management;
• Interest in IT and willingness to develop deeper IT expertise;
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a quick grasp of new information;
• Persuasiveness and the ability to shape solutions in customer projects;
• Solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of consulting and customer interaction;
• Very good German skills at least at C1 level;
• Nice to have: Experience supporting data migration projects, SQL or database queries.
