• Gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements relating to transaction reporting obligations;
• Work with Compliance, Operations, IT, and Regulatory Reporting teams to define functional and non-functional requirements;
• Translate regulatory requirements into business specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria;
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and validation activities using the Broadridge transaction reporting platform;
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, gap analyses, impact assessments, and requirements reviews.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer within Transaction Reporting;
• Strong knowledge of one or more of MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, and/or CFTC;
• Hands-on experience with Broadridge Transaction Reporting solutions;
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and regulatory requirements;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• At least 5 years of experience in Transaction Reporting within Financial Services;
• Nice to have: experience supporting regulatory change or transformation programmes, knowledge of capital markets, derivatives, and post-trade processes, experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SQL, and Visio.
