The Business Analysis Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to immerse yourself in real business processes, develop analytical thinking, strengthen your requirements management skills, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.

• People who enjoy analyzing information, identifying connections, understanding complex processes, and finding solutions that bring value to both businesses and users.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication).
• Completed Business Analysis courses.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis.
• Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into the details.
• A desire to grow in Business Analysis and IT.

• 5 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.
