- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements;
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Define and manage project scope;
- Create BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Participate in acceptance testing;
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities;
- Coordinate stakeholder expectations;
- Ensure delivered solutions support real business goals.
требования
- 4+ Years of Business Analyst experience;
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Strong business and system analysis skills;
- Understanding of software development processes;
- Experience with CRM integrations, including Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and third-party systems;
- Strong requirements documentation skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience with acceptance testing;
- English — B2+;
- Nice to have: Enterprise CRM ecosystem experience, understanding of marketing automation processes, experience working with international distributed teams.
