business analyst in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud team supports supermarket brands across Belgium, Serbia, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Greece for an international food retail group.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer needs and gather and document requirements
• Help clients choose effective technology, solution, and service mixes and determine how they should be delivered
• Collaborate with offshore and third-party suppliers, adapting communication to business needs
• Understand the intersection of technology, customers, and business to identify business development opportunities
• Monitor current and emerging digital trends, opportunities, and challenges in clients’ markets and geographies, and assess their impact on client businesses and initiatives
• Provide consultative and pre-sales support for selected digital engagements as needed and defined by the business and the client

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in at least 2 verticals
• End-to-end delivery experience for at least 1 software delivery project
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their industry applications, with a service focus
• Ability to understand high-level business ideas, assess their impact, and break them down into user stories to support service design and delivery
• Strong Agile mindset and understanding of other development methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
