Business analyst in resilience and risk

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team as an internal consultant driving Resilience Strategy and Risk Initiatives across EMEA. In this high-visibility role, you will act as a strategic advisor, converting complex, ambiguous risk landscapes into clear, actionable frameworks, crisis-management plans, and executive decision-support materials. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will partner directly with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams—including Legal, Cyber Security, and HR—to establish structured governance, navigate unprecedented high-impact scenarios, and champion global resilience frameworks.

• Evaluate emerging risks, operational dependencies, and industry trends to identify potential impacts on people, global operations, and critical platforms.
• Develop and maintain overarching resilience strategies, crisis-management plans, playbooks, procedures, and governance frameworks from the ground up for unprecedented, high-impact scenarios.
• Translate complex analysis into concise executive briefings, dashboards, metrics, and actionable recommendations to guide senior stakeholders and program owners.
• Drive cross-functional resilience and crisis-management workstreams, aligning objectives, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and ensuring follow-through across regional and global teams.
• Lead crisis simulation exercises, readiness reviews, incident-response coordination, and after-action reviews to continuously elevate organizational response standards.
• Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools to optimize daily workflows, streamline risk analysis, and accelerate documentation deliverables.

• Demonstrated track record operating as an authoritative, consultative subject matter expert advising senior enterprise leaders.
• Proven experience establishing crisis management or organizational resilience programs from the ground up in large enterprise environments, including securing executive buy-in and advocating strategy.
• Deep, practical familiarity with advanced AI models and coding/productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Codex), with a demonstrated ability to directly integrate them into daily problem-solving and documentation workflows.
• Comfortable navigating extreme ambiguity where established frameworks or precedents do not exist, exercising sound judgment without relying on rigid SOPs.

• Success is measured through adaptable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and high-impact deliverables rather than strict operational SLAs or repetitive KPIs.
