Business analyst in real estate management

For our IT specialist domain for real estate and administrative management, we are looking for you as a Business Analyst / Systems Integrator.

• You bridge the gap between users' business requirements and their technical implementation, and know how to analyze complex business processes in depth, translate them into clear requirements, and play a key role in designing and implementing them yourself.
• Systematically gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements in close collaboration with customers' business departments
• Modeling and optimizing business processes and translating them into precise functional concepts, user stories, and specifications
• Managing and supporting integration and implementation projects in coordination with development, operations, and external service providers
• Conducting feasibility analyses and evaluating solution approaches in line with the system landscape
• Providing consulting services, particularly on process modeling, to the business department
• Representing IT topics competently to internal customers and stakeholders, with a strong service and solution orientation
• Hands-on approach: actively contributing to implementation—from design through to technical realization
• Configuring systems and creating automations

• Successfully completed university education (Bachelor's degree or Diplom from a university of applied sciences) in IT, or an equivalent qualification (for example, IT-specific training), or completed vocational training in IT, or at least 5 years of practical experience in IT
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis or requirements engineering in a complex IT environment
• Demonstrable practical experience in systems integration and working with modern interface technologies
• Knowledge of common project or process management methods
• Fluent German, both written and spoken
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing software architectures and operational procedures, and to help solve technical problems hands-on
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to explain technical matters clearly to business departments and vice versa
• Special reliability and integrity are required because this is a position at risk of corruption.
