Business analyst in post-trade operations

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for Post-Trade operations.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to identify and translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
• Produce detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for development teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and participate actively in SIT and UAT phases, ensuring comprehensive business validation.
• Collaborate closely with development and integration teams throughout the solution design and implementation lifecycle.
• Identify and document end-to-end Post-Trade workflows, including trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking industry, with a strong focus on Post-Trade processes.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 15022, and ISO 20022.
• Proficiency in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and the creation of detailed functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Proven involvement in functional testing activities, including SIT and UAT, in a banking environment.
• Excellent command of English (B2/C1 minimum) for effective communication with international teams.
