• Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams and address complex problems with emerging ambiguity
• Lead business analysis for initiatives and workstreams, adapt frameworks, and shape team practices and best practices
• Research business domains, lead root cause analysis, deliver comprehensive requirements, contribute to solution selection, and identify needs-solution discrepancies
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, shape stakeholder perspectives, and align expectations with project goals
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans, influence tactical decisions, and contribute to long-term solution roadmaps
• Evaluate solution impacts and business implications across multiple solutions and the broader product environment
• Apply analysis tools and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and processes to manage interdependencies and improve efficiency
• Mentor junior and intermediate business analysts and help them organize their activities
• Initiate process improvements and contribute to organizational development and the Community of Practice
• Develop practical experience with AI agent workflows

• 7+ Years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, including at least 4+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function
• Experience independently managing end-to-end business analysis workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options
• Experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans aligned with business objectives
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and facilitating discussions between business and IT users globally
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies, backlog management, and delivering GxP validated systems
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices, with expertise in at least one BA capability
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, requirements traceability, and change management
• Ability to independently apply tools and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including workshop facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement strategy
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

• Salary range 19,075 - 35,425 PLN gross based on the employment contract; expected salary range 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN
