Business analyst in financial processes

In a typical day in our team, you support the maintenance and development of our closing and reporting tools, perform analysis, check our processes quality through our SAP systems and related tools. Within your day you collaborate with different colleagues worldwide, from different cultures and nationalities. You will need to save some time to participate in our digitalization projects applied to financial processes and support SAP S4Hana transition.

• Ensure optimized usage of our closing and reporting tools, enabling full potential in closing and reporting automation, data validations, notifications, and execution of internal controls, including Blackline Smart Close environment
• Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems in SAP environments (ECC and S4Hana)
• Act as data steward and perform data quality controls
• Support digitalization initiatives

• Degree in Accounting & Finance, Information Systems applied in Accounting, or similar
• At least 5 years’ experience in Financial Processes, Accounting, reporting and closing.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity
• Experience in implementation/maintenance/support of SAP modules, able to work in a changing environment, to learn on the job
• Mandatory fluency in English
• Strong SAP skills (must have), Blackline Smart Close
