Henkel Consumer Adhesives develops and executes eCommerce strategies for consumer adhesives and craftsman products, using digital analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven management to support online commerce.

• Define, develop, and execute the eCommerce strategy for Henkel Consumer Adhesives;
• Build data-driven management of online internal and external data to enable data-driven decision-making;
• Translate consumer behavior data and requirements into recommendations for assortment, product innovation, price, placement, and promotion;
• Contribute to the international management team while collaborating with global and local ecommerce, digital, and brand teams;
• Select and manage agencies, service providers, and tools;
• Assess the value of digital analytics and business intelligence;
• Recommend tools and lead the setup of solutions;
• Drive the digital transformation of Henkel Consumer Adhesives as a change agent.

• University degree in business administration, controlling, statistics, or information science;
• 5+ Years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of digital performance analytics experience;
• Strong understanding of data-driven user journey management;
• Highly analytical mindset, passion for numbers and data, and acute attention to detail;
• Goal-oriented working style and reliable project management track record;
• Strong entrepreneurial drive, proactive personality, curiosity, and willingness to learn about new technologies and businesses;
• Persuasive communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across functions, countries, and external partners;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools;
• Understanding of databases;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics Platform, or similar tools and platforms.
