Business analyst in digital transformation

Aurion First is an Information Technology company whose mission is to provide consulting, development, implementation and maintenance services for information systems that contribute to the progress of society and to our Clients’ objectives. We are looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis, process optimization, and supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, clarify and validate requirements with business areas;
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, defining acceptance criteria, scenarios and dependencies;
• Analyze and optimize processes, ensuring alignment between Business, Processes and Development;
• Manage expectations and promote alignment between different stakeholders;
• Support the implementation, testing and validation of solutions;
• Participate in digital transformation and automation projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a similar field;
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis roles;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence;
• Critical thinking, autonomy and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactivity, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
