Business analyst in digital transformation

wBrain is a consulting company specializing in technology, digital transformation and project management. We work closely with our clients, providing qualified professionals for demanding projects of significant technological relevance. As part of a new digital transformation project, we are looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis, process design and optimization, and supporting transformation and automation initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, clarify and validate functional requirements with the different business areas;
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Identify and document scenarios, dependencies and business rules;
• Analyze, design and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation;
• Ensure alignment between the Business, Processes and Development areas;
• Challenge and clarify requirements, ensuring their consistency, feasibility and suitability for the project objectives;
• Manage expectations and promote communication between different stakeholders;
• Support the development and implementation of digital solutions;
• Participate in defining, executing and validating functional tests;
• Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation and activity tracking;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the quality of delivered solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or similar fields;
• Relevant professional experience in Business Analysis roles, preferably on digital transformation projects;
• At least 2 years of experience gathering, analyzing, clarifying and validating business requirements;
• Proven experience preparing functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes;
• Experience managing and aligning expectations with different stakeholders;
• Experience supporting the implementation, testing and validation of technological solutions;
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence;
• A high degree of autonomy, proactivity and sense of responsibility;
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and a problem-solving orientation;
• Good communication, organizational and priority management skills;
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different functional areas;
• A focus on the quality of deliverables and meeting deadlines.
