• Support IT projects and business-side product and offering initiatives
• Negotiate, consolidate, and document business requirements for IT stakeholders

• Experience in IT projects in a bank
• Fluent Polish and English
• Able to work under pressure; responsible, goal-oriented, independent, and able to work in a team
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Cash Management concepts, including domestic and international transfers, collections, corporate e-banking, account types, cash pooling, VISA cards, and core banking; expertise is not required
• Knowledge of AML, STIR/SINF, PSD2, RODO, sanctions, and embargo regulations
• Able to communicate with business and IT stakeholders
