The team develops modern solutions for the insurance sector, including distributed IT systems that support business processes in insurance.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java backend applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate;
• Design and implement scalable, resilient distributed systems, including Apache Kafka integrations;
• Develop solutions based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and software design best practices;
• Implement unit and integration tests and ensure the quality, reliability, and security of delivered code;
• Analyze and optimize application performance, diagnose issues, and implement resilience mechanisms;
• Use modern technologies and AI tools, including Agentic AI solutions, in software design and development.

• At least 5 years of Java programming experience;
• Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate;
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka;
• Strong SQL knowledge;
• Experience creating unit and integration tests; knowledge of JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Testcontainers, or WireMock;
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and its practical application;
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Programming paradigms;
• Knowledge of application containerization, process engines, and BPMN notation;
• Knowledge of patterns and mechanisms for ensuring service resilience in distributed systems;
• Ability to diagnose and analyze application performance issues using appropriate tools;
• Nice to have: experience using AI agents and Agentic AI tools in software development, cloud technology project experience, Angular knowledge and frontend application development experience, experience on insurance or financial sector projects.
