- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
- Experience defining and writing User Stories
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
- Experience in Agile environments
- Good knowledge of databases, namely SQL and Oracle
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
