• Participate in solution design discussions for cloud-native applications
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven business improvements
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI-powered features
• Support use cases involving Generative AI, Conversational AI, Intelligent Search, Recommendation Engines, Agentic Workflows, and Process Automation
• Apply AI governance, compliance, ethics, and responsible AI practices
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Facilitate communication and decision-making across departments
• Present business requirements, solution options, gaps, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout delivery

• 10 Years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments
• Proven experience with enterprise application development projects
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, UX Designers, and Engineering teams
• Exposure to cloud-based applications, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of AI-enabled business solutions and intelligent automation
• Knowledge of Business Analysis, requirements gathering and elicitation, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, process modeling (BPMN/UML), gap analysis, functional specifications, workshop facilitation, backlog management, Agile delivery tools, Scrum and Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, user story mapping, and sprint planning
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations, SQL data analysis, cloud applications, SDLC, enterprise systems architecture, Azure, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure API Management
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI assistants and agents, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and responsible AI principles
• Mandatory skills: M365 Suites of Products, Power BI, Tableau, and UML diagrams
