Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics, or a similar field
At least 2 years of experience specifying, implementing, and monitoring digital solutions
At least 2 years of IT project management experience
Experience resolving and managing incidents
Knowledge of Galp's Digital Ecosystem, including Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals
Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations
Ability to analyze systems documentation and architecture
