• Detail the technical analysis of business processes down to the database model design level;
• Prepare technical documentation for business processes (at user and technical levels — use cases);
• Participate in preparing basic test plans and test scenarios for business processes;
• Monitor changes throughout their implementation cycle according to the technical specification and verify that they meet the requirements;
• Agree on the business process, architecture, or change with all related stakeholders;
• Agree on the business process with the programming (Flex, BPM, Management) team and submit reports on the work performed;
• Ensure that reports can be prepared during analysis and identify potential risks that may arise;
• Prepare and monitor deployment and release processes, supporting the team to ensure they meet deadlines;
• Transfer the process or change to the technical support team;
• Discuss technical matters with IT, the client’s department, and other partners (third parties), and ensure alignment.

• Higher education;
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the field;
• Knowledge of banking products;
• Experience working with banking modules (Flexcube is desirable) and mobile applications (at least 1 year);
• Ability to prepare technical specifications (prepare user- and technical-level documentation and develop sequence algorithms);
• Knowledge of querying databases (SQL);
• Foreign-language skills sufficient to understand and prepare technical specifications;
• Knowledge of web services: types of architecture (REST/SOAP), ability to query API servers, and understanding of query formats (JSON/XML);
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and flowcharts (BPMN).
