• Lead on-site discovery with client executives, process owners, and subject-matter experts through interviews, observation, and workshops
• Map organizational structures, processes, and subprocesses; review current systems and data; and identify root causes of business problems
• Determine where AI and automation are appropriate, design tailored solutions, and confirm feasibility with Technical Team Leads
• Write PRDs, BRDs, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Create workflows, wireframes, and process maps
• Present findings and proposals to client executives and company leadership
• Hand over project materials to Project Managers, Product Managers, and the tech team, and provide business expertise during delivery
• Build templates and checklists to help new projects start faster

• At least 4 years of business or systems analysis in IT, including direct work with client stakeholders
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience
• Led at least one project from discovery to delivery with a client's senior stakeholders
• Participated in at least one digital transformation project involving new systems or automation
• Strong stakeholder interviewing and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to break down businesses into processes and model them
• Experience writing PRDs, BRDs, and User Stories
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and when to use each
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or a similar tool
• Understanding of software delivery, APIs, databases, integrations, and system architecture sufficient to work as an equal with tech leads
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, use-case evaluation, and data quality
• Fluent Uzbek, confident Russian, and English
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to business people and business needs to developers
• Comfortable taking the lead in an unfamiliar organization
