• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities;
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Model and optimize business processes;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams throughout project delivery;
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement activities;
• Provide functional support to business users;
• Monitor and analyze business processes and application usage;
• Investigate functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution;
• Maintain and update project and process documentation;
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements management;
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively;
• Organized, autonomous, and proactive;
• Collaborative team player with a customer-oriented mindset;
• English C1;
• Nice to have: experience in complex and international environments, French.
