задачи
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements by engaging with stakeholders and business owners;
- Analyze business requirements to identify dependencies, potential edge cases, and logical gaps or risks;
- Analyze “as-is” business processes and design “to-be” workflows to improve operational efficiency;
- Formalize high-level solutions (Epics) and decompose them into actionable User Stories and technical tasks for the development team;
- Design system architectures and business processes using BPMN notation;
- Create UI/UX mockups for specific system elements to align vision across teams;
- Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and backlog prioritization;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence and Jira;
- Assist the QA team during UAT to ensure the delivered solution meets the initial requirements;
- Act as the third line of support for resolving complex user issues.

- At least 2+ years of experience in a Business or Systems Analyst role within a product-oriented environment;
- Proficiency in business process modeling and optimization using BPMN;
- Deep understanding of Information Systems, including client-server architecture;
- Solid grasp of microservices architecture and service interactions;
- Understanding of asynchronous communication principles;
- Strong SQL skills, experience with database structures, and a solid understanding of data models;
- Proven experience writing high-quality technical specifications, User Stories, and project documentation;
- Exceptional research, systems thinking, and complex problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technology;
- Focus on delivering value to the user and the business rather than just completing tasks;
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly;
- Strong desire for self-development and improving systems;
- Nice to have: experience with RabbitMQ.
