Business Analyst

"Ardshinbank" OJSC operates in the finance, banking, and insurance industry.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document CRM/BPM requirements for core banking services, including loans, deposits, and cards;
• Refactor and streamline existing business processes for critical banking operations;
• Define and map end-to-end business workflows for loan initiation, deposit management, and card issuance and servicing;
• Evaluate and recommend CRM/BPM solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement;
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of CRM/BPM platforms, including integration with banking systems and compliance with industry regulations;
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions tailored to banking workflows;
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows;
• Collaborate with IT teams on secure and accurate data migration and system integration for banking product modules;
• Provide training and support to end-users to improve CRM/BPM adoption and streamline core banking processes;
• Monitor CRM/BPM performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve service delivery for loans, deposits, and cards.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a technical field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech sector;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, product development, and communication skills;
• Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements;
• Solid understanding of BPMN notation principles and business process modeling;
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Miro;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Good working knowledge of English and Russian;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
