Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements;
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify business needs and define solutions;
• Analyze and design integration processes, interfaces, and data flows between systems;

• 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis techniques, requirements engineering, and process modeling;
• Experience collecting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements;
• Practical experience eliciting requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration;
• Strong knowledge of analytical artifacts, including process maps, use cases, user stories, business rules, decision tables, and data models;
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions;
• Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum and understanding of Waterfall methodology;
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams;
• Experience leading several projects or workstreams simultaneously;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills;
• Ability to work independently and coordinate the work of others when required;
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
