Business Analyst

FABRITY delivers projects centered on data from diverse systems, processes, and areas of organizational activity.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from different stakeholders and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements for the project team;
• Analyze business processes and identify dependencies between data from different systems and sources;
• Assess data availability, quality, and completeness, and work with the data team to define the data model and processing rules;
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Manage and prioritize the backlog in cooperation with the Product Owner or project manager;
• Collaborate closely with the analytics and data team to define and validate analytical logic and models supporting business decisions;
• Participate in acceptance testing and verify that the implemented solution meets the requirements;
• Support end users during solution implementation.

• Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects;
• Ability to think analytically and work with incomplete, inconsistent, or distributed data;
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques, including user stories, use cases, and process maps;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI;
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate domain expertise into requirements understandable to the IT team;
• Ability to organize work independently and manage priorities in a multi-stage project;
• English at least B2 for working with technical documentation;
• Nice to have: Experience in projects involving predictive analytics or machine learning, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience in production, industrial, or other environments with highly complex processes and data sources.
