Business Analyst

TG Coin builds payment and transfer solutions embedded into messengers and digital platforms using regulatory-compliant stablecoins. The project operates under a special regulatory regime of the National Bank of Kazakhstan and focuses on secure, compliant innovation in digital finance.

• Gather and interpret user and transaction data;
• Document business requirements;
• Design improvements to agent dialogs, workflows, and payment journeys;
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to refine business rules;
• Support new features and ensure processes meet regulatory and operational standards;
• Prepare clear reports and support stakeholders with insights;
• Contribute to training materials for internal and external users;
• Align AI agent behavior with business objectives, user needs, and secure payment practices.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, mapping processes, and defining business requirements;
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders;
• Customer service mindset for understanding user needs and designing intuitive payment experiences;
• Training experience in developing documentation and supporting onboarding for internal teams or partners;
• Sales awareness for identifying product adoption, upsell, and customer value opportunities;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with evolving regulatory and product requirements;
• Nice to have: experience in payments, fintech, banking, or digital platforms; familiarity with AI-driven or chatbot-based user interfaces and workflow design.
