Business Analyst

Grid Dynamics provides technology consulting, platform and product engineering, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics services to enterprise companies undergoing business transformation.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications;
• Work closely with Claude AI agents to accelerate development workflows;
• Create and manage Jira stories with sufficient technical context;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX);
• Help implement AI-driven automation across the product development lifecycle.

• 3+ Years of experience in technical product management or business analysis;
• Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude or similar LLM platforms;
• Strong understanding of software development processes;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Experience with Jira and agile methodologies;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts;
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English skills;
• Nice to have: Healthcare industry experience, experience building or working with AI agents and skills, knowledge of modern software architecture (microservices, API-first design), background in technical writing or documentation.
