Business Analyst

The company provides IT consulting and services, acting as an intermediary to connect professionals with clients across various industries, including life sciences.

• Manage end-to-end business analysis activities across Legal Operations initiatives independently;
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements;
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams;
• Analyze, design, and optimize legal workflows, including Matter Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Legal Spend Management;
• Collaborate with Legal stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and IT teams to identify and implement effective digital solutions;
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders;
• Evaluate and support the implementation of SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture;
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements while maximizing operational efficiency;
• Support solution delivery by maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability and contributing to change management activities.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant;
• At least 3 years of experience within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Legal Operations domain;
• Proven experience leading independent end-to-end business analysis initiatives;
• Strong understanding of Legal Operations processes and legal workflows;
• Hands-on experience with Matter Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Legal Spend Management;
• Ability to effectively translate business requirements into clear technical specifications;
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data flows;
• Understanding of how to design secure, compliant, and enterprise-grade solutions;
• Excellence in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional communication;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Nice to have: Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, knowledge of regulated environments and compliance requirements, experience working with enterprise SaaS vendors and technology partners.
