Business Analyst

• Translate high-level business needs into detailed, developer-ready user stories and functional requirements;
• Manage backlog hygiene, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development;
• Define comprehensive acceptance criteria to ensure deliverables meet strict quality standards and pass internal review gates;
• Support the quality analysis function for regulated product changes, ensuring compliance with medical software standards;
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align on project intake and delivery goals across web and mobile platforms.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment;
• Deep familiarity with complex systems involving web-based platforms (Vue/Python) and native mobile applications (iOS/Swift);
• Strong ability to manage requirements for concurrent workstreams, including usability enhancements and performance optimization;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with distributed teams and stakeholders;
• English: advanced;
• Nice to have: Proven experience delivering software within a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare or medical devices).
