Business Analyst

Tremend serves as a global software engineering hub for Publicis Sapient, specializing in advanced technical expertise for complex digital transformation solutions. The organization focuses on software engineering, innovation, and R&D to support digital initiatives for global brands.

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams;
• Align expectations and ensure clear communication across all parties;
• Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements;
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and clear acceptance criteria;
• Contribute to the definition of end-to-end CMS/DAM solutions within AEM;
• Maintain structured documentation in Confluence;
• Create and manage Jira tickets including user stories, bugs, and tasks;
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization;
• Coordinate rollout activities and support deployment readiness;
• Ensure alignment with release planning and cross-team dependencies;
• Work closely with AEM platform teams, integration teams, and business units;
• Manage dependencies and ensure delivery across the CMS/DAM ecosystem.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CMS/DAM environments;
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including Assets;
• Experience with Adobe Workfront and Fusion;
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and Agile methodologies;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Solid understanding of Digital Asset Management concepts such as metadata, taxonomy, and asset lifecycle;
• Ability to translate business needs into structured, implementable solutions;
• Nice to have: AEM Sites experience, SAFe environment experience.
