Hays is a global professional recruiting group that specializes in the recruitment of qualified, professional, and skilled people across a wide range of specialized industries and professions.
задачи
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and business users;
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs);
- Translate business requirements into Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira;
- Work closely with Product Owners to prepare and maintain the product backlog;
- Lead product grooming and refinement sessions with implementation teams;
- Support complex integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP/non-SAP systems;
- Analyze workflows, interfaces, and end-to-end data flows;
- Act as a trusted advisor and work independently within a complex enterprise environment.
требования
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP BRIM implementation or support experience;
- Deep expertise in SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), and SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM);
- Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP BRIM;
- Experience with SAP BRIM integrations and complex system landscapes;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA;
- Experience creating BRDs, Epics, User Stories, and testable acceptance criteria;
- Understanding of workflows, interfaces, and data integration processes;
- Basic understanding of ABAP development;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- English (written and spoken).
