The selection process includes an English check, an internal technical interview, and a client interview.
The company provides a global mobility and urban services platform that offers transportation, delivery, and other urban services to a worldwide user base. The project involves a fleet management platform that connects fleet owners, drivers, and operational teams through a web management portal, partner integration APIs, and native mobile application features.
задачи
- Gather, structure, and document business and functional requirements;
- Produce detailed functional specifications including validation rules, state transitions, error handling, and input/output contracts;
- Map current and future user flows, identifying gaps, edge cases, and dependencies;
- Maintain structured documentation and ensure traceability of requirements and decisions;
- Facilitate cross-team alignment by clarifying scope, resolving ambiguities, and supporting communication between product and engineering stakeholders;
- Define acceptance test scenarios and expected behaviors;
- Participate in testing and UAT;
- Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and scope gaps in requirements and facilitate their resolution.
требования
- 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a technical product environment;
- Experience working with integration-heavy products;
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, sequence diagrams, and architecture specifications;
- Familiarity with mobile application ecosystems;
- Ability to write clear, structured functional specifications and documentation;
- Experience with flow mapping and process modeling (BPMN, UML, or equivalent);
- Experience defining acceptance criteria and participating in UAT;
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools;
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices (discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning);
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools;
- Intermediate English proficiency;
- Nice to have: Experience working as a Product Owner, experience with system analysis (technical specifications, API documentation, data flows, interaction scenarios), experience working with identity management systems and SSO solutions, experience documenting payment integration flows, familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools.
