Business Analyst

Intellias is a technology services company that provides software engineering and digital consulting solutions to international clients. The organization focuses on delivering scalable and compliant B2B solutions, particularly within the mobility and fleet services sectors, while supporting regulatory compliance and automation initiatives across European markets.

• Gather business documents and technical requirements to reflect customer needs;
• Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit business needs, production operability, and budget;
• Participate in and lead formal and informal reviews with stakeholders;
• Communicate solutions to customers' business and IT personnel;
• Explain new solution details and their impact on business processes;
• Prepare solution-related documents and specifications;
• Configure solutions and create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans;
• Support the resolution of configuration and implementation-related issues;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap;
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications;
• Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle;
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation;
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions;
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements;
• Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects;
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management;
• Solid understanding of financial systems, billing, or invoicing processes;
• Experience with system integrations and API-based solutions;
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing standards and regulations in the EU (e.g., XRechnung/ZUGFeRD/EN 16931);
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams;
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (JIRA & Confluence);
• Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Miro);
• Fluent English and Ukrainian;
• Nice to have: Experience with Logistics, Fleet and Transportation Management Systems, payment platforms or fintech solutions, knowledge of European tax and compliance frameworks, understanding of microservices architecture, experience working with international clients and multi-country projects, German verbal and written communication skills.
