Business Analyst

• Lead requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions;
• Own the capturing and end-to-end management of functional requirements across the full product lifecycle;
• Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements and create comprehensive acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop requirements, highlight edge cases, and anticipate gaps;
• Resolve blockers relating to requirements and scope;
• Support client product owners to capture and finalize requirement details and articulate decisions;
• Assist with backlog prioritization in line with strategic goals;
• Serve as the single point of contact for scope-related decisions;
• Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives;
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and feature enhancements.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analysis;
• Experience capturing and managing requirements across the full product lifecycle;
• Experience writing user stories and detailed acceptance criteria;
• Experience working with and advising client product owners;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX, UI, data, and development;
• Experience performing As-Is and To-Be process mapping;
• Understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle;
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel;
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders, facilitate complex problem resolution, and produce clear documentation;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• English proficient;
• Nice to have: Sense of humour.
