- Provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services with CCaaS solutions;
- Organize business analysis at the outset of a project;
- Design interfaces;
- Gather and document requirements;
- Communicate directly with customers to present and justify technical decisions;
- Work in a pre-sale environment from solutioning to client communication.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience as an analyst;
- Experience designing and implementing CCaaS solutions;
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and technologies;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
- Proficiency in UML and BPMN;
- English (fluent);
- Nice to have: Agile Methodology certification, experience with Jira and Confluence.
