Business Analyst

• Oversee global CRM Sales product streams with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale across the operational ecosystem;
• Define and lead technical discovery efforts across highly ambiguous spaces;
• Manage the quality of the product backlog and technical delivery;
• Lead the analysis of business and platform problems, defining the problem space and driving root cause analysis;
• Prevent custom-code and scope creep while managing the complexity of change;
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across regional and global organizational boundaries;
• Shape product strategy as a trusted advisor to leadership and navigate conflicts to drive platform alignment;
• Drive the delivery of high-value solutions that align with commercial business strategy;
• Evaluate strategic solution options, including advanced AI capability assessments and risk assessment;
• Shape long-term global product roadmaps;
• Apply systems thinking to provide holistic and enterprise-wide product lifecycle management.

• Extensive experience overseeing global product initiatives with autonomy;
• Advanced knowledge of Product Ownership, CRM Sales ecosystems, and modern cloud concepts;
• Proven track record of recommending optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation;
• Ability to work on unusually complex problems with innovative solutions;
• Mastery in requirements and domain knowledge, including root cause analysis and value/risk assessments;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a mentor for technical and product practitioners;
• Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce multi-cloud architecture, data integrations, Slack workflow automation, and Agentforce deployments.

• Base salary range 228,900 PLN - 425,100 PLN per year;
• Discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20%;
