Business Analyst

• Define Business Analysis frameworks within the Data Delivery Model to balance pace and quality;
• Implement recommendations to improve the delivery of Data Products;
• Own the product delivery process by working with stakeholders to define project scope and document requirements;
• Lead testing activities for functional and non-functional requirements;
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by translating needs into user stories and requirements;
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams;
• Contribute to best practices in model development, deployment, and monitoring.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirements gathering, process design, and project delivery;
• Experience managing Business Analysts and developing processes and frameworks;
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions in a data-centric environment;
• Experience leading Business Analysis within a data transformation programme or product environment;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience working across Product, Engineering, and business teams.
