Business Analyst

CGI is one of the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world, providing professional services to various clients, including large public institutions.

• Collaborate with System and Enterprise Architects within a team of Business Analysts;
• Ensure documentation created by external vendors complies with the Program’s methodology and industry standards;
• Supervise the quality of Business and System Analysis documentation;
• Maintain the analytical methodology applied within the Program and ensure it remains up to date in the context of a changing technological and business environment.

• Fluent Polish language skills;
• At least 6 years of professional experience;
• At least 4 years of experience in gathering and specifying functional and non-functional requirements, developing assumptions, and identifying system constraints;
• Knowledge of UML and BPM notation and experience using them in Sparx Enterprise Architect;
• Experience in modeling business processes using BPMN and UML in at least two projects;
• Experience working as a business-system analyst in at least two projects delivered using Agile methodology, each with a value of no less than PLN 3,000,000 gross, throughout their entire lifecycle.
