Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation;
• Translate business requirements into functional, system, and data-related requirements for delivery teams;
• Analyze business processes, user needs, and operational problems to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design;
• Collaborate with engineering, data, BI, QA, and delivery teams to clarify business logic, data dependencies, reporting needs, and validation expectations;
• Support analysis of data flows, data structures, transformations, and source-to-target logic from a business perspective;
• Prepare and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, business rules, data-related rules, and acceptance criteria;
• Validate delivered functionality, reports, dashboards, or data outputs against business expectations and acceptance criteria;
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, clarify ambiguity, manage expectations, and ensure shared understanding across business and technical teams.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven, backend, platform, reporting, or analytics-related environments;
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder communication, documentation, and acceptance criteria definition;
• Capability to work at the intersection of Business Analysis and Data with willingness to deepen knowledge in technical areas;
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, business logic clarification, and investigation of system behavior;
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools, data platforms, and ETL processes;
• Skills in data validation, modeling, maintaining data structures and data flows, and creating and testing Power BI reports and dashboards;
• Understanding of backend systems, data platforms, and integrations including data exchange formats such as JSON/XML;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, engineering, data and BI specialists, QA, delivery managers, and vendors;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work with ambiguity;
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level);
• Nice to have: Experience in travel, financial analytics, life sciences, or healthcare domains.
