- Gather, analyze, and clarify project requirements;
- Manage user stories, feature documentation, and backlogs;
- Structure business needs into clear specifications and actionable tasks;
- Collaborate with developers, designers, stakeholders, and clients;
- Manage project scope, prioritize requirements, and resolve requirement-related issues;
- Apply Agile methodologies throughout software development processes.
требования
- 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in international projects;
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and clarification;
- Hands-on experience with user stories, feature documentation, and backlog management;
- Ability to structure business needs into clear specifications and actionable tasks;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools;
- Experience managing scope, prioritizing requirements, and resolving requirement-related issues;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes;
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving;
- English: Upper-Intermediate+;
- Ukrainian: Fluent.
