Business Analyst

Playtech is a technology company providing software, services, content, and platform technology for the regulated gaming industry. The company develops innovative products and services, including a library of slot, table, and card games, while maintaining a focus on business intelligence and seamless platform integration for global clients.

• Translate high-level business and game concepts into clear, structured technical specifications;
• Analyze game scripts and requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing details;
• Consolidate requirements into actionable clarifications;
• Facilitate requirement-related discussions with the Game Studio and internal development teams;
• Create and maintain documentation for new and existing features, processes, and workflows;
• Support the full software development cycle in collaboration with the Project Manager and developers;
• Manage and refine the backlog to ensure clarity and priority alignment;
• Perform solution validation to ensure requirements are implemented correctly and align with business needs.

• 2–3+ Years of Business Analysis experience in a product or technological development company with international exposure;
• Strong communication skills;
• English at an Upper-Intermediate level (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, structured documentation, and analytical thinking;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Nice to have: Background in slot or casino game production, experience in iGaming industries, experience creating documentation for new teams or new product lines.
