Business Analyst

The company provides IT services and consulting, focusing on bridging business needs with technical solutions and supporting digital transformation and data analytics initiatives within complex organizations.

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements;
• Document specifications and requirements in detail;
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and product owners;
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment;
• Support digital transformation and data analytics initiatives.

• 2-5 Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Lead Analyst;
• Strong experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban);
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications;
• Solid understanding of business processes and their technical implications;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience in the logistics industry, familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics, proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SQL, knowledge of Python, APIs, and basic programming languages.

• Contract duration until 31.12.26 with possible extensions;
• Budget: 30-45 euro per hour.
