Business Analyst

• Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize global rider engagement;
• Redesign courier payment frameworks to improve operational metrics by modeling factors such as vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability;
• Analyze massive datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for optimizing operational investment;
• Own the experimentation process, including designing, running, and analyzing A/B and switchback tests to validate ideas before global rollout;
• Monitor strategy performance by tracking KPIs and making data-driven adjustments;
• Address local and regional needs by analyzing logistics from the perspective of the riders.

• Degree in Engineering, Maths, or another STEM field;
• 2+ Years of experience in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions;
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex querying and data extraction;
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and orchestration;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems;
• Ability to explain complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with experimentation, designing or analyzing A/B tests, or other statistical testing methodologies.
