Business Analyst

• Own and contribute to the product backlog, including requirement definition, refinement, and prioritization;
• Maximize product value by ensuring solutions align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational needs;
• Articulate functional and non-functional requirements to development teams;
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality product increments;
• Act as a senior point of contact for stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve ambiguities;
• Provide client support, including issue analysis and requirement clarification;
• Participate in and support testing activities, including functional, integration, and UAT;
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows and delivery processes;
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Strong expertise in Cleared Derivatives (Futures & Options) Back Office processing, including trade lifecycle, clearing, settlements, and reconciliation;
• Solid experience in Banking Risk Management or Treasury Management systems;
• Strong understanding of financial products, post-trade processes, and operational workflows;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong team-oriented mindset for working in cross-functional and distributed teams;
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or related field;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban), basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, CFA certification, Agile certifications such as CSM or CSPO, certification in Quantitative Finance.
