Business Analyst

EPAM provides digital engineering, cloud, and AI-enabled transformation services, as well as business and experience consulting, to global enterprises. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;
• Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams;
• Translate business requirements into technical and data requirements for implementation;
• Collaborate with other units to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources;
• Provide actionable insights for decision-making;
• Model, document, and maintain data structures, flows, and transformations;
• Perform data profiling, exploratory analysis, and validation using SQL, Power BI, and other tools;
• Work with backend products, data platforms, and data exchange formats (JSON/XML);
• Support ETL processes, including data preparation, mapping, transformation logic, and data validation;
• Build and test Power BI reports and dashboards.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments;
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and documentation;
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data analysis tools;
• Experience with backend systems, data platforms, and JSON/XML data exchange formats;
• Practical experience with ETL processes and data validation;
• Ability to model and maintain data structures and data flows;
• Experience creating and testing Power BI reports and dashboards;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
