Business analyst

For our client, an international company operating in the technology sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support commercial performance, sales analytics, and business intelligence activities.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, product mix, pricing, profitability, and commercial effectiveness.
• Develop and continuously improve management dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business KPIs.
• Monitor distributor and sales channel performance, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and forecasting accuracy.
• Identify commercial opportunities and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive automation of reporting processes and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of analytical solutions.
• Support demand planning, sales forecasting, and commercial performance reviews.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support business decisions.
• Develop new analytical approaches, identify previously unexplored performance indicators, and challenge existing reporting methodologies.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, reporting accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems and data sources.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and international stakeholders.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Sales Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience in the technology, consumer electronics, retail, distribution, or related commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales performance management, distribution channels, and commercial operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot, complex formulas, and data modeling.
• Strong practical knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with reporting automation and process improvement, ideally including VBA.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international business environment.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial awareness and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge existing approaches and propose new solutions.
