• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• + 6 years of experience experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to simplify complex business challenges;
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams;
• Proven experience with UML and BPMN;
• Proficiency in modelling and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Confluence;
• Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries;
• Experience with functional/business analysis and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe,LeSS, or similar);
• Familiarity with backlog/sprint management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and non-technical;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
